  10. Assembling:in separate pot add boiled rice, mutton gravy masala, tomatoes sliced,lemon sliced and remaining boiled rice.
  11. In kewra water add yellow food color and mix well and drizle over biryani.
  12. Cover and steam cook on low flame for 8 -10 minutes.
  13. Serve with kachumar salad.
